Company: Qualcomm India Private Limited Job Area: Administration Group, Administration Group Office Administration General Summary: Must have in-depth understanding of the facilities operations, primarily soft services like housekeeping, vendor management, contractual terms, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information about the process of the facilities. - Should have strong communication and management skills, as well as the ability to work with and motivate inter-departmental teams - Core working experience in safety training, knowledge on cleaning materials like chemicals and audit the workspace etc. - Should have experience in EHS, Fire safety and ERT programs etc. - Ability to prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of facility related projects. - Determine the needs of the project and develop management control systems that will reduce costs. - Should have knowledge and experience in BMS (Building Management Systems) - Budget management experience and should have knowledge on market costing for all facilities services. - Ability to work with others on a team to accomplish goals. - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports. - Vendor management experience and follow Equipment maintenance trackers - Familiarity with regulations and building standard codes. - Knowledge of architectural designs, building codes, construction/project management principles - Experience in energy savings, minimize overall operations cost - Handling facilities multitask addition to soft services, Space, transport management and other facilities management services - Computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint etc. Minimum Qualifications: Office Administrator qualified with any bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10years experience of core soft services and quality control in commercial high-rise building and facilities asset management services and managed 100 plus team size. He needs to be both creative and analytical skills. He should be able to work under stressful situations, with strong crisis management skills.
