We are seeking an experienced Office Admin and Coordinator to join our Bangalore team, responsible for communicating with clients, coordinating project delivery with our development team, and providing support in hiring new talent. This is a work-from-office role, and we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a minimum of 1 year of experience, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide support
• Coordinate project delivery with our development team to ensure timely and quality results
• Assist in hiring new talent, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
