Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including service, repair, and configuration of Laptops and Projectors. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.
Responsibilities
• Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site
• Identify and replace defective parts in affected device
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers
• Stick to process and adhere compliance
Qualifications
• ITI/Diploma in IT/Computer/Electronics
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of laptop hardware and software
• Ability to travel ( having two-wheeler)
