Key Responsibilities
• Process Optimization: Design, modify, and improve food manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and lower production costs.
• Equipment Design: Develop or oversee the installation and calibration of food processing machinery and refrigeration systems.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all production lines and packaged goods comply with local and international food safety regulations.
• Research & Development: Scale up new food technology and recipes from laboratory tests to large-scale commercial production.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical or mechanical issues that arise during daily operations.
• Sustainability: Implement eco-friendly practices to reduce water usage, energy consumption, and environmental footprint
