Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to newborns, infants, and pediatric patients in NICU and wards
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist doctors during medical procedures, treatments, and rounds
• Operate and maintain NICU equipment such as incubators and monitors
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Ensure hygiene, infection control, and patient safety protocols are followed
• Support and guide parents on basic newborn care and recovery processes
• Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure smooth patient care delivery
