NON VOICE BPO-PROCESS ASSOCIATE

Nature of Job: Process Associate – Non-Voice BPO* *Role Description:* A Non-Voice BPO Process Associate handles backend/back-office work without speaking to customers on calls. All work is done via email, chat, forms, and internal systems. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Data Processing*: Enter, verify, and update customer/client data in company systems accurately 2. *Email Support*: Reply to customer queries, complaints, or requests through email with proper templates 3. *Document Verification*: Check KYC documents, forms, invoices for completeness and accuracy 4. *Back-office Tasks*: File management, report generation, claims processing, order processing 5. *Quality & Compliance*: Follow SOPs, maintain data confidentiality, meet daily targets/TAT *Skills Needed:* - Good typing speed + basic MS Excel/Computer knowledge - Written English/Tamil communication for emails - Attention to detail.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
