Non litigation Associate

Bhatia Law Associates is seeking a qualified and committed Advocate with expertise in non-litigation matters, particularly in drafting and real estate law.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in legal documentation, experience handling property-related transactions, and the ability to provide clear and practical legal advice in real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, contracts, MOUs, sale deeds, etc.
• Conducting title verification and legal due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Providing legal opinions on property-related issues.
• Liaising with clients, developers, and authorities to ensure the smooth execution of matters.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
• LL.B. from a recognised institution.
• 5 years of minimum experience in non-litigation legal work, focusing on real estate.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and professionalism.
