Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Residential Draftsperson at Square Center Architecture & Design Studio. The Residential Draftsperson will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with architects and designers, ensuring compliance with building codes, and revising designs based on feedback. This is a hybrid role, located in Edison, NJ with the flexibility of some work from home.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Chief Architect platform, and other architectural drafting software
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
• Experience in Residential, Commercial, Retail and Corp Interiors design and construction
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and blueprints
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in an architectural design studio is a plus
