Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA, with some opportunities for remote work. As an NFL Certified Sports Agent, you will represent professional football players, negotiate contracts, develop marketing opportunities, and provide strategic career consultation. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring your clients' best interests are prioritized while fostering long-term partnerships with teams, brands, and other stakeholders. Exceptional relationship-building and client service skills will play a key role in this role.
Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Football and Sports Management
• Proven ability in Sales and strong Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships
• Team Leadership experience to guide and support clients and collaborate with other professionals
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• NFLPA Certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage responsibilities both in the office and remotely
• Familiarity with branding and public relations strategies is a plus
