Specialist - Digital Marketing About the jobWe are seeking a Digital Brand Marketing Specialist for one of the group companies of New Media Holding (www.newmediaholding.com), a full lifecycle media network with over 27 owned and invested ventures in the creator economy, social commerce, media, and technology solutions.Role Overview: The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital brand marketing strategies to strengthen online presence, drive engagement, and enhance brand loyalty. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, content, and design teams to deliver impactful campaigns.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital brand strategies to build awareness and reputation.- Create and manage campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and influencer networks.- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and SEO/SEM best practices.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights.- Maintain brand consistency across digital channels.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned execution.- Drive influencer partnerships and brand integration initiatives.Location: GurgaonExperience: 3yearsWork mode: Full-Time Qualifications:- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital brand marketing.- Strong knowledge of social media, SEO/SEM, content, and campaign management.- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
