Sales Associate | Morrison Homes
Morrison Homes is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Area Sales Manager with the daily operation of the sales centre and new home sales process.
The Sales Associate will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and assist with customer service, lead follow up, sales administration, appointments, documentation, and general sales centre operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Area Sales Manager with day to day sales activities
Greet and assist customers visiting the sales centre
Provide information on Morrison Homes products, floorplans, lots, and community offerings
Respond to general customer inquiries
Assist with lead follow up and client communication
Prepare and organize sales documents, contracts, and customer files
Maintain accurate lead and client information
Assist with appointments and active sales files
Ensure the sales centre remains clean, organized, and presentable
Provide administrative support to the Area Sales Manager as required
Learn and maintain current knowledge of Morrison Homes products, pricing, promotions, and processes
