Talascend is actively seeking a NetSuite Solutions Architect for a full-time, direct career opportunity with our client in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. This role offers a Hybrid work schedule.

OVERVIEW:

This hybrid Accounting/IT role involves managing and optimizing NetSuite ERP applications across multiple business functions, including Finance, Operations, and IT. Responsibilities include system administration, process improvement, integrations, and support for enterprise-wide applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer and enhance NetSuite to optimize internal controls, process efficiencies, and system operations.
• Participate in system implementations, ensuring proper controls and risk mitigation.
• Analyze and document ERP-related processes, risks, and controls, collaborating with management on improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements and integrations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of IT and business experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and ERP management.
• Expertise in NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Proficiency in roles, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with SOX internal controls and corporate policies.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools, especially MS PowerBI.
• Oracle NetSuite certification and experience in the AE industry preferred.
