About the Role:

As Director of Manufacturing at Nestlé, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing organization, setting clear goals, objectives, and priorities aligned with business objectives
• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, procurement, logistics, quality control, and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality and safety
• Implement best practices, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
• Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies, capital investment plans, and capacity expansion initiatives to support business growth and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including RD, engineering, procurement, and supply chain, to drive innovation, new product development, and technology adoption
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, promoting employee engagement, development, and empowerment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry associations, suppliers, and customers
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarks to track performance, identify trends, and drive accountability and transparency
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and business cases to senior management and stakeholders to communicate progress, results, and recommendations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices, with experience in food and beverage manufacturing preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals, driving performance, and delivering measurable results
