Job Description
We are looking for a talented Video Graphics & Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, from conceptualization and design to final production. Your work will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of our brand, supporting both marketing initiatives and educational content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing & Graphics Creation:
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, final video content for educational modules, advertisements, promotional videos, and social media.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the educational experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the visual style and tone align with our brand and educational objectives.
• Creative Input & Concept Development:
• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop ideas for video content that align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Bring fresh ideas for incorporating engaging graphics and animation into our videos to make learning more exciting and memorable.
• Asset Management:
• Organize and maintain an efficient library of video and graphic assets.
• Ensure that all video assets are optimized for web and mobile platforms, ensuring fast load times and high-quality playback.
• Project Management & Deadlines:
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Be adaptable to changing priorities and project scopes, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Quality Control & Final Touches:
• Review all videos and graphics for consistency, quality, and accuracy before publishing.
• Continuously review and improve your editing and design process to enhance the final output.
Qualifications:
• Proven Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics design, and post-production processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your editing and graphics work, ideally in the education or tech industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
• Solid understanding of design principles and motion graphics tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.
• Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and video compression.
• Ability to work with video, audio, and image files in various formats and platforms.
• Creative & Visual Storytelling:
• Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail, pacing, and visual consistency.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and innovate under tight deadlines.
• Communication & Teamwork:
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments (Marketing, Content, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms and digital education tools.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software.
• Experience in designing and editing videos for mobile apps, social media, or educational content.
