Company Overview
Ken’s Gutters provides commercial dryer vent and gutter cleaning services with full nationwide coverage. We are expanding our national sales division and seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Executive to acquire and develop regional and national commercial accounts.
The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role focused purely on strategic, high-value net-new revenue. You will be targeting Regional Property Managers, Facilities Directors, and multi-state real estate portfolio operators. We have the operational infrastructure to fulfill contracts in all 50 states; your mandate is to navigate complex organizational structures, build business cases for preventative maintenance compliance, and close multi-property agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Acquisition: Prospect, build, and manage a robust pipeline of regional and national property management groups.
Executive Engagement: Conduct peer-to-peer negotiations with senior B2B contacts, identifying their compliance, safety, and operational pain points.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle. You will manage your own targeted outreach while also qualifying and advancing leads generated by our dedicated remote outbound SDR team based in the Philippines.
Industry Presence: Represent Ken's Gutters at major national trade shows and conferences, including events like Apartmentalize, to build relationships with key decision-makers in the multi-family space.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: Documented history of performing in your current or previous B2B sales organization.
Complex Sales Experience: Deep understanding of strategic prospecting, account mapping, and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate concisely and professionally with senior leadership.
Tenacity: Highly persistent and resilient in the face of long sales cycles and established vendor relationships.

Compensation
Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Commensurate with experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 – $250,000+
Commission Structure: Uncapped commission on all closed-won national contracts.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
