JRG Financial Services Pvt Ltd is distributor of financial products like Mutual funds and Insurance. Company wants to expand and grow into individual financial planning and financial products advisory business.
To meet the future requirements, we are looking for an Mutual fund Operation Executive to manage company’s routine mutual fund operational activities. Join our passionate and talented team.
Key Responsibility of MF Operation Executive
• Process client instructions, forms, and applications
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate timely action was taken on customers' instruction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain updated records of applications and relevant documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills:
• Effective communication skills - English and Hindi
• Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Client centric attitude
• Basic computer skill and MS-Excel
• Hands on experience with Google sheets is a Plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on individual merit and experience plus incentives.
Work experience: 1-2 years preferably in Mutual Fund Industry or in BFSI company.
Education: Minimum Graduation in any field
