Emergency Response: Act swiftly and effectively in case of emergencies, such as fire, theft, or unauthorized access. Coordinate with emergency services when needed and follow protocols to ensure the safety of everyone on-site.
Report Incidents: Record and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, accidents, or hazards in the daily logbook. File detailed incident reports with management or local authorities when required.
Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to visitors and employees, offering directions or other helpful information when necessary.
Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain security equipment such as radios, alarm systems, and surveillance cameras to ensure they are functioning properly.
Surveillance: Actively monitor the property using CCTV cameras and other systems to identify potential threats and take preventive actions.

Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
