Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing various skills in surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention to effectively mitigate risks and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and implementing appropriate actions.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security breaches or hazards.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
Manage conflicts effectively, employing de-escalation techniques as required.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and daily activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Experience
Candidates should possess a background in security or law enforcement, with experience in the following areas being highly desirable:

First aid and CPR certification.
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention strategies.
Previous military experience is a plus.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
