About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and presentation assets for eLearning and multimedia projects.
2. Develop motion graphics, animations, and edit corporate and learning videos.
3. Design multimedia content for multiple client projects while ensuring visual consistency and quality.
4. Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia teams, and operations to deliver project requirements.
5. Follow design systems, templates, and established project workflows.
6. Support revisions, quality checks, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

• 3. Strong understanding of visual design, typography, layout, motion graphics, and video editing workflows.
• 4. Experience working on corporate eLearning projects; knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Vyond is preferred.
• 5. Experience using AI tools for creative workflows and creating animations, explainer videos, and learning content.
• 6. Knowledge of subtitle creation and localization workflows is an advantage.
• 7. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and motion graphics projects.
• 8. Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and maintain attention to detail.
• 9. Must have a personal desktop or laptop capable of running Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• 10. Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
• 11. Availability during standard working hours and project timelines.
