Job Description
We’re looking for a Multi-Site Business Leader in our Waikato network who has a talent for developing people, driving performance, and creating energy across multiple venues. You bring enthusiasm, strong leadership presence, and know how to build high-performing teams that deliver results.
You’ll be an experienced leader with a proven track record of leading similar large volume, multi-faceted environments or complex operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example, and know how to create exceptional and consistent guest experiences while delivering strong commercial outcomes. You’re confident balancing people, operations, and financial performance, and you’re no stranger to analysing a P&L and turning insights into action.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 2 years General Manager experience in high volume venues.

The ability to inspire and lead a dynamic team.
A keen eye for detail and a head for numbers
