Position: MRF Plant Operations Executive

• Job Summary:The MRF Plant Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Material Recovery Facility (MRF), where municipal solid waste is processed to recover recyclable materials. The primary objective is to maximize the recovery of valuable materials while maintaining a safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Oversight:Supervise and manage the MRF operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Implement and optimize sorting techniques to maximize the recovery of recyclable materials.
• Staff Management:Lead and motivate a team of MRF workers, including sorters, machine operators, and maintenance personnel.
• Quality Control:Implement quality control procedures to ensure that recovered materials meet established standards.
• Equipment and Maintenance:Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all MRF equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Schedule routine maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Data Tracking and Reporting:Collect and analyze operational data, such as throughput, recovery rates, and downtime.
Generate regular reports detailing operational performance and suggest areas for improvement.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, waste management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in waste management, recycling operations, or a related industry.:
- leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with sorting equipment, machinery, and MRF processes.

• Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
