Job Description:

We are hiring a Motor Operation Junior to support our motor claims and underwriting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of motor insurance processes and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in processing motor insurance claims and documentation
Coordinate with surveyors, garages, and policyholders for claim assessment
Support the underwriting team in issuing and renewing motor policies
Perform field visits if required
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in the system
Qualifications:

0–2 years of experience in motor insurance (freshers may apply)
Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and claim procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel locally, if required
Preferred: Candidates with a general insurance background
