About the role

The Mortgage Broker role at All Seasons Finance offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in the banking and financial services industry. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing tailored home loan solutions to our clients in the Chatswood, NSW area. This is a commission base position that offers flexible work arrangements.

What you'll be doing

Complete Full Training Provided by the Company
Gain a solid foundation in loan products, lender policies, compliance requirements, and client service through comprehensive training.

Work with Company-Provided Leads
Engage with potential clients supplied by the company, understand their needs, and guide them through the loan process to successful settlement.

Build Experience and Develop Your Own Client Database
Grow your expertise through hands-on experience, deliver excellent service, and gradually establish a strong personal client base.

Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their financial needs and goals
Researching and comparing a wide range of mortgage products from multiple lenders
Preparing detailed loan proposals and applications on behalf of clients
Guiding clients through the application process and ensuring a seamless experience
Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and other industry partners
Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and market trends in the mortgage industry
Achieving individual and team sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
What we're looking for

Full training if provided
Strong knowledge of the Australian mortgage market, including various loan products and lender policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions for clients
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
Relevant industry qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Read more
