The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Power BI, enabling them to create insightful and interactive dashboards and reports that drive business decisions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric to enhance data integration and analytics capabilities.
• Implement data transformation processes using PySpark to prepare data for analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power BI and data analytics.
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience with Azure Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics.
• Proficiency in PySpark for data processing and transformation.
• Experience in creating complex DAX queries and data models.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance in Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with data visualization best practices.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI or Azure are a plus.
