As the Mobile Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our hybrid, Xamarin, and native mobile applications. You will work closely with a team of mobile developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications that meet our business objectives.

Role Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and backend developers to gather requirements and define specifications for mobile applications.
• Architect, design, and develop mobile applications using hybrid frameworks (such as React Native), Xamarin, and native technologies (such as Swift, Kotlin).
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, working closely with the QA team.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, usability, and reliability across different platforms (iOS and Android).
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development and recommend improvements to the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mobile app releases, including beta testing and deployment to app stores.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on project progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience (8+ years) in mobile application development for hybrid, Xamarin, and native platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid frameworks (e.g., React Native), Xamarin, and native technologies (e.g., Swift, Kotlin).
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Objective-C, depending on the platform.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs is beneficial.
