Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient MIS Executive to manage data reporting, resume formatting, and presentation creation within Intelliswift. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced Excel, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like JobDiva, the ability to generate meaningful reports, and proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting data. You will play a key role in pulling data from ATS and other sources, formatting resumes to align with company standards, generating reports, and creating presentations for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Extract data from JobDiva and other sources to compile, analyze, and generate reports.
• Create detailed reports on key staffing metrics such as placements, submissions, open positions, etc.
• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to automate reports and deliver insights.
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teams and leadership.
• Presentation Creation:
• Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations based on reports and data analysis.
• Summarize key insights and present findings clearly to management and other stakeholders.
• ATS Data Handling:
• Pull candidate and job data from JobDiva and other platforms.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the database by managing regular updates, cleansing, and error-checking.
• Resume Formatting:
• Format candidate resumes according to company standards before submission to end clients.
• Ensure consistency in presentation, branding, and content accuracy for all resume submissions.
• Support & Coordination:
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure that data is updated and accessible for daily operations.
• Assist with ad-hoc data requests and troubleshooting any ATS-related issues.
Required Skills:
• Advanced Excel Skills desired: Expertise in Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Data Analysis tools highly desired.
• PowerPoint Proficiency: Ability to create professional and impactful presentations for reporting purposes.
• ATS Experience: Experience with JobDiva or similar ATS platforms for data extraction and report generation.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, especially when formatting resumes and managing data.
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clearly present report findings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in an MIS role, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Proven track record of handling data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with resume formatting standards in a staffing or recruitment environment.
• Experience creating reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
