Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the database administration team, you will be responsible for delivering, supporting and maintaining high available and high performance environments. The successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft SQL Server database administration skills and experience working with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
• Support of Database installation and configuration . monitoring , upgrade and patching trouble shooting , Root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Proactively monitor , analyze ,and resolve database performance and other issues.
• Perform SQL server upgrades and Database migrations.
• Utilize AWS CloudWatch ,Azure Monitor and other monitoring tools to ensure database health, performance, and to automate scaling and notifications.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources and oversee the databases cost management.
