Retail Merchandising Representative (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandising Representative who values flexibility and is eager to contribute to our clients’ success while managing their own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute assigned merchandising projects in retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home, working on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis.
• Ensure products are stocked and organized on the sales floor accurately.
• Conduct audits to verify product placement compliance.
• Collect data and set up displays according to client specifications.
• Maintain effective communication by reporting completed projects via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App.
• Prepare thoroughly for in-store tasks by reviewing necessary instructions and ensuring supplies are available.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with store personnel and fellow RMS team members.
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
• Proficient in utilizing smart devices and application software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to plan and manage tasks independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work demands.
• Familiarity with using basic tools such as screwdrivers and box cutters.
Qualifications
• Reliable transportation to commute to various retail locations within a 15-mile radius.
• Regular access to a smart device with internet capabilities, allowing for downloading and printing.
• Availability to manage multiple weekly projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive hourly wage of $14.27.
• Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel to different retail locations.
• Paid drive time at $10.00 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher.
