Role
Role & Responsibilities
As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of our client, building strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and chemists in Jaipur. You will detail the company's innovative product line, focusing on generating prescriptions and securing recommendations from key distributors. You will play a pivotal role in promoting Baby OTC products, contributing directly to the growth and success of the company.
Main tasks include
• Conducting regular visits to hospitals and clinics to meet with healthcare professionals.
• Presenting detailed product information and addressing client questions effectively.
• Generating prescriptions for company products through targeted detailing.
• Building strong relationships with distributors to secure product recommendations and promotions.
• Participating in sales meetings and training programs to stay updated on product information and sales strategies.
• Tracking sales data and submitting regular reports to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and detailing abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
