Job Description
Non-practicing MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS
5 to 7 years of experience in handling HR issues pertaining to Doctors, Surgeons, Medical Officers and Para-medical professionals.
Understanding of medical, surgical and emergency services in multi-specialty hospital setup.
MBA in HR will be an advantage
Knowledge of recruitment of Doctors and Surgeons
Exposure to organizing CMEs
Understanding of Privileging
Understanding of medico-legal scenarios
Exposure to grievance handling
Exposure to Digital media
Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and make management presentations.
Effective communication (verbal and written) in English is a must.
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Should be willing to travel or relocate to Mira Road as the position will be based at Mira Road, Mumbai
