Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Medical Aesthetician and Receptionist, where you will be the friendly face and expert in delivering exceptional skincare and laser aesthetic treatments. This role combines professional laser aesthetic services with front desk responsibilities, creating a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your passion for beauty, wellness, and customer service while supporting our mission to enhance confidence and well-being. Your energetic approach will motivate clients and colleagues alike, ensuring every visit is memorable and satisfying.
Duties
Provide a variety of laser skincare treatments including laser hair removal, IPL Lumecca treatments, Morpheus 8, and Forma.
Educate clients on skincare lines, treatments, and retail options to promote product knowledge and sales.
Deliver outstanding guest services by greeting clients warmly, managing appointments efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly.
Assist clients with retail sales through upselling techniques that enhance their experience while meeting sales goals.
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas according to health regulations.
Support front desk operations by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments accurately.
Promote a welcoming atmosphere through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel valued from check-in to check-out.
Skills
Experience with InMode Technology including Diode Laser Hair Removal, Lumecca IPL, Morpheus 8, Forma.
Experience with Jane software is preferred for managing patient records and appointments.
Previous experience as a medical aesthetician/receptionist is highly desirable. .
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
