Medical Administration Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Administrator to oversee and coordinate clinical and non-clinical operations in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate clinical and non-clinical operations to ensure efficient hospital management.
• Act as a liaison between hospital management and clinical staff to promote seamless care delivery.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of administrative policies and SOPs.
• Supervise medical staff credentialing, hiring, and training.
• Monitor operational workflows and identify areas for performance improvement.
Quality Management:
• Ensure hospital-wide adherence to quality standards such as NABH, JCI, or ISO.
• Develop and monitor internal quality control systems and patient safety protocols.
• Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and incident reviews.
• Lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
• Manage documentation and compliance for accreditation processes.
Skills Competencies:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare laws, ethics, and quality standards.
• Proven experience in achieving and maintaining hospital accreditation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and excellence.
Requirements:
• BHMS, BAMS, MBBS / BDS with MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or MBA in Healthcare Management or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in hospital administration and healthcare quality management.
• Open to all genders (Male / Female).
• General Shift (+ hours) flexibility as per hospital needs.
