Job Summary
As a MarTech and Loyalty Specialist, you’ll support the development and optimization of our digital platforms—including website, app, and owned technologies—to deliver seamless, customer-led experiences. You’ll play a key role in enhancing loyalty program communications, managing CRM journeys, and integrating marketing technologies across our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement content and templates across ecommerce, loyalty, pharmacy, and app platforms
Apply UX/UI best practices to improve customer journeys and digital engagement
Conduct quality assurance tests and end-user reviews for website releases
Execute loyalty program communications via email, SMS, and app push notifications
Manage CRM-driven campaigns and customer journeys using platforms like Microsoft D365
Schedule, proof, and deploy digital assets across owned platforms
Maintain documentation for wireframes, brand standards, and layouts
Collaborate on tech stack integrations (owned and third-party)
Advance email automation, triggers, and segmentation strategies
Ensure secure migration and handling of personally identifiable information (PII)
Stay current with web technologies including HTML5, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in web production, digital marketing, or graphic design
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Arts, or related field
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
Experience with CRM platforms and customer journey execution
Knowledge of Microsoft D365 Marketing (Customer Insights) preferred
Familiarity with CASL and SEO best practices, GDPR is an asset
Portfolio showcasing past work or design materials
