About the role
We are hiring a Marketing Team Lead to manage marketing strategy, demand generation, content creation, partner marketing, and automation for an AWS Partner business. The role is hands-on and requires both strategic thinking and direct execution.
Key responsibilities
• Plan and execute quarterly and annual marketing campaigns for AWS cloud, managed services, DevOps, AI/ML, data, and security offerings
• Run demand generation across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, webinars, SEO, events, and account-based marketing
• Manage AWS co-marketing programs including joint campaigns, webinars, and AWS Marketplace promotions
• Create and manage content: case studies, solution briefs, blogs, landing pages, pitch decks, brochures, and social media posts
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for content creation, research, and campaign ideation
• Build AI-assisted marketing workflows to improve speed, consistency, and output quality
• Support sales teams with pipeline generation, lead nurturing, and enablement materials
• Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, campaign ROI, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution
• Manage website, SEO, social media presence, and brand positioning
• Lead internal marketing team members, freelancers, agencies, and design partners
Required qualifications
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in IT services, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, DevOps, or technology consulting
• Understanding of AWS, cloud services, and enterprise technology buying behavior
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow automation
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools
• Ability to create clear business-focused messaging for technical cloud services
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
• Experience managing small teams and collaborating with sales leadership
Preferred qualifications
• Prior experience at an AWS Partner, MSP, system integrator, or cloud consulting company
• Familiarity with AWS Partner Network, co-selling, and AWS Marketplace
• Experience marketing cloud migration, modernization, FinOps, security, or AI/ML services
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, or WordPress
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot workflows
