2 - 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics
Strategic thinker: strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
Process Mindset: ability to define/document processes, execute against processes, and suggest process changes for continuous improvement
Effective Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to work with other teams cross-functionality
Organized and Accountable: Ability to manage timelines, self-pride in work, ownership of deliverables within a high volume, fast-paced environment
Problem-solver: Ability to make recommendations, bias for action, positive attitude towards challenges
Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Responsibilities
Manage, create, test, and deploy a variety of eCommerce campaigns and projects
Create digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals
Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure personalized product recommendations align with business goals
Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data
Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance
Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to ensure task and project deliverables are complete
Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
