You are self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at using data and analytics to inform marketing strategy and solve problems
You have experience translating complex insights into actionable tactics and communicating recommendations clearly across teams
Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of experience
Four or more years of relevant professional experience, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training
Four or more years of relevant experience in marketing, CRM, or marketing analytics
Experience using customer data and analytics to measure program performance, evaluate ROI, and inform marketing strategy
Demonstrated ability to package complex data sets and recommendations into clear presentations for management
Experience balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Finance, or an MBA
Experience in B2B marketing
Demonstrable experience employing AI
Omni-channel data analysis proficiency
Experience with marketing automation, campaign orchestration, and CRM tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, Marketo)
Experience with Google Suite and/or MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint applications) for data analysis and storytelling
Strong understanding of B2B marketing analytics, measurement, direct marketing tactics, and ROI tracking
Experience working with internal or external marketing or advertising agencies
Ability to translate market knowledge, competitive landscape trends, and strategy into compelling narratives

Responsibilities
As a Consultant Marketing, Early Life Strategy, you will be responsible for leveraging customer behavioral data and analytics to drive retention strategies
You will analyze detailed customer performance data to uncover strategic opportunities, optimize marketing programming, and measure campaign effectiveness to reduce churn and maximize budget efficiency
This position works closely with internal teams to implement data-driven marketing plans, and map customer journeys
You will develop and monitor test plans to evaluate strategic performance and package complex analytical insights into clear, professional narratives for peers and leadership
Analyzing base customer behavioral data and complex data sets to uncover strategic opportunities, identify primary drivers of churn, and inform retention tactics
Measuring program effectiveness, ROI, and campaign metrics to provide data-backed recommendations for continuous strategy and creative improvements
Developing marketing test strategies and analyzing save sequencing processes to ensure retention with minimal revenue write-down
Packaging fact-based recommendations and telling compelling stories with data to defend strategic changes and gain alignment across cross-functional groups
