We’re Hiring | Marketing Officer – Field Sales
We're looking for an **experienced Marketing Officer** to join our growing team in **Jaipur**.
If you have prior field sales/marketing experience, are comfortable with extensive fieldwork, confident in dealing with dealers, influencers and construction sites, and are motivated by clear sales & market-development targets, this opportunity is for you!

💼 **Experience:** **2+ Years of relevant Field Sales/Marketing Experience preferred**
🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing the market through consistent field activity, relationship building and business conversion.
🔹 **Site Visits** – Minimum **6 site visits/day**
🔹 **Influencer Visits** – Minimum **1 influencer visit/day**
🔹 **Site Conversion** – Convert identified sites to **POLAAD**, with a target of **17+ conversions/month**
🔹 **Dealer Visits** – Minimum **1 dealer visit/day**
🔹 **Secondary Sales** – Drive sales of Value Added Products
🔹 **Dealer & Influencer Engagement** – Build and maintain strong market relationships
🔹 **Events & Activities** – Participate in CPC, CCM and BCE activities as required
🔹 **Market Planning** – Submit projected journey plans twice a month
🔹 **CRM & Reporting** – Maintain timely visit punching, attendance and daily reporting
🔹 **Market Development** – Identify opportunities and continuously expand business in the assigned territory

👤 Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an **experienced, target-oriented and field-focused professional** who is:
✅ 1- 2+ years of relevant field sales/marketing experience**
✅Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred
✅ Experience in **Steel / TMT / Construction / Building Materials** will be an advantage
✅ Comfortable with **100% field-oriented work**
✅ Strong in communication and relationship building
✅ Confident while meeting dealers, influencers and site stakeholders
✅ Target-oriented, hardworking and self-driven
✅ Comfortable with extensive daily travel
✅ Disciplined with CRM, reporting and attendance
✅ Able to independently manage the assigned market
✅ Presentable and professional
✅ Interested in building a long-term career in Sales & Marketing
🚗 Important Requirements
Daily travel is mandatory and may range from **0–200 km**, depending on business requirements.
🏍️ **Two-wheeler is mandatory**
⛑️ **Helmet is compulsory while travelling**
🪪 **Valid Driving Licence required**
