Job Description
The Opportunity
As our Marketing Specialist, you will identify market opportunities and develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans for pricing and promoting our products across digital channels. You’ll work closely with leadership, merchandising/buying, creative, customer service and operations to deliver campaigns that support sales objectives and long-term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop and organise marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns to support sales targets and growth objectives.
Analyse consumer patterns and preferences using web analytics, campaign data and customer insights to improve performance.
Research and evaluate market opportunities for new and existing product categories (including competitor and trend analysis).
Interpret and predict consumer trends and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Coordinate campaign production and delivery (e.g., briefing creative, copy, imagery, landing pages, EDMs, paid media assets) within time and budget constraints.
Manage and optimise digital marketing activity across channels such as paid search, paid social, SEO, email/CRM, affiliate/partnerships and remarketing (channel mix may vary based on business needs).
Support pricing and promotion planning in collaboration with merchandising/buying (promo calendar, offer strategy, product mix focus).
Advise on marketing elements including product positioning, promotions, distribution channels/marketplaces, and customer acquisition strategy.
Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and performance insights, including recommendations to improve ROI/ROAS, conversion rate, CAC and retention.
Maintain brand consistency across marketing communications and customer touchpoints.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field (or extensive relevant experience).
Minimum 3 years experience in a Marketing Specialist / Marketing Officer / Marketing Coordinator role (preferably eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods).
Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned to sales objectives.
Strong analytical ability with experience using tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (briefing creatives, coordinating timelines, presenting insights).
Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple campaigns to deadlines and budgets.
Highly Regarded
Experience in furniture, homewares, retail or fast-moving eCommerce environments.
SEO and content strategy experience (category pages, product discovery, onsite search optimisation).
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing experience.
Experience with marketplaces and product feed optimisation.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
