Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work closely with and support our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, taking ownership of day-to-day social media activity and content creation while helping bring order and structure to Spire's marketing files and digital assets. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with social media and basic design tools, and energized by getting organized systems in place. You'll also lend general marketing and administrative support wherever it's needed, including proposal and website assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Spire's social media platforms, using approved branding and standardized templates.
Assist with creating engaging social media content, graphics, and promotional materials.
Write clear, compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing communications.
Monitor, coordinate, and help manage digital advertising campaigns for Spire and its development projects.
Track campaign performance and assist with recommending improvements where needed.
