If you’ve worked with a creative, digital, or performance marketing agency and are ready to own campaigns from strategy through execution, this could be the right opportunity.
At MSN Realty, you’ll be part of the marketing team behind one of Hyderabad’s premium luxury real estate brands, working across digital marketing, AI, marketing automation, and lead generation.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage ad accounts, monitor campaign performance, and continuously improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
• Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Support website, landing page, and campaign launches while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage lead generation, CRM, and lead nurturing workflows in collaboration with the sales team.
• Assist in implementing marketing automation journeys using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
• Use AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, reporting, audience targeting, and productivity.
• Track campaign performance and prepare dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, AI, and consumer behavior.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing environment.
• Experience working on luxury real estate or premium brands is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with CRM, lead management, and marketing automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in modern marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A self-driven professional who enjoys learning, collaborating, and taking ownership of their work.
