Marketing & Business Development Manager (Wedding & Events)
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the wedding and events sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a focus on building relationships and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our wedding and events services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations to close business deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities and business development performance.
Qualifications
• 5–10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Prior experience in Weddings, Events, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, or Lifestyle Industry preferred.
• Strong network and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
• Existing network within wedding, luxury, hospitality, or corporate sectors will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
