Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role:
Landmark Homebuild India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic, target-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our Real Estate Sales & Marketing team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and convert prospective clients into customers within the assigned territory.
• Meet potential clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial inquiry to successful closure.
• Follow up with company-generated leads and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients across assigned projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely project updates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Eligibility:
• Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Field Sales or a related sales role
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Candidates must have a reliable commute to Delhi or be willing to relocate before joining
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team
