Job Title – Social Media Associate
Experience – 1-2 Year
Location – Ghitorni, New Delhi

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Associate to join our team. Candidates with experience or exposure to the Furniture, Interior Design, Home Décor, or Lifestyle industry will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and brand storytelling, and should be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for videos and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions for social media platforms.
Capture content related to furniture products, interior projects, and behind-the-scenes activities.
Trend Research:

Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
Suggest creative content ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.
On Camera Participation:

Confidently appear in reels, promotional videos, and social media content when required.
Assist during content shoots and video creation.
Social Media Management:

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Digital Marketing & SEO

Assist in basic Meta Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.
Conduct basic keyword research for content planning and website/blog optimization.
Support on-page SEO activities such as meta titles, descriptions, image optimization, and content optimization.
Assist in improving website and social media visibility through SEO best practices.
Track website and social media performance using available analytics tools.
Performance Tracking:

Track content performance and prepare basic social media reports.
Identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
Skills Required

Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Knowledge of content creation, reels, and trending social media formats.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Good knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, and other AI platforms for social media marketing, content creation, image generation, and campaign planning.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar content editing tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience, internship, or exposure to Furniture, Interior Design, Architecture, Home Décor, or Lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
