Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking seasoned marketing professionals to lead key brands within the Cardio-Metabolic portfolio. The role demands robust strategic orientation, scientific acumen, and execution excellence to drive brand growth, market share, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end brand lifecycle, including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate clinical data and scientific evidence into effective marketing inputs and communication strategies.
- Plan and implement innovative promotional campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Training, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
- Drive field force effectiveness through aligned communication, training inputs, and regular feedback.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, ensuring achievement of revenue and market share targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise ROI on promotional spends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Currently working as a GPM/Sr. GPM in a reputed pharmaceutical organisation.
- Proven experience in the Cardio-Metabolic therapy area is must.
