NetLaw is a legal technology company focused on making estate planning more accessible, connected, and efficient for financial advisors and their clients. Our platform bridges the gap between advisors, clients, and attorneys, creating a streamlined estate planning experience that’s simple to use and supported by legal professionals.
We work closely with Hargrove Firm—a national law firm providing attorney support in all 50 states—to ensure our platform delivers a high standard of legal expertise through an attorney-led approach.
We’re a lean, fast-moving team that values collaboration, clarity, and thoughtful execution. As we grow, we’re looking for team members who bring initiative, creativity, and a passion for building something meaningful in the estate planning space.
About the Role
As a Marketing Generalist, you will execute and support marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, engage audiences, and support business growth. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, you’ll handle content creation, social media, digital campaigns, webinars, events, and marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management: At the direction of the Director of Marketing, plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email, blog, video).
Content Creation and Management: Write and manage various forms of content, including social posts, email newsletters, blog articles, website copy, and other marketing collateral.
Webinar & Event Execution: Support planning and delivery of webinars and events, including logistics, email promotion, Zoom setup, and post-event communications and reporting.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., social engagement, email open rates) and derive actionable insights.
Market Research: Research target audiences, competitor activity, and industry trends to help inform content and campaign decisions.
Marketing Operations:
Provide general marketing operations support, including project management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, legal, and design teams to bring campaigns to life, ensure brand alignment, and maintain message consistency.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Who You Are
3–5 years of marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, legal tech, or B2B environments.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or similar field preferred.
Skilled in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar), Google Suite, YouTube, Zoom, Asana, email marketing platforms, Loom, and WordPress.
Excellent communicator with strong writing and editing skills.
Creative, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for brand alignment and storytelling.
