Job Title: Marketing Executive
Team: B2B Team
Experience: 2-3 yrs
Salary: 25-30 K
Job Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Working Days: Mon to Sat
Office Timing: Mon to Fri: 10am - 6pm Sat: 10am - 2pm

Volar Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Executive who can create and execute effective online marketing campaigns across various channels such as Social media, Email Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing.
The candidate will analyze campaign performance, collaborate with the business development team, manage the company's social media pages, conduct market research, and work with senior managers to execute marketing campaigns aligned with the business requirements.
He/She will also be expected to generate business leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Experience with CRM would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media pages to increase brand awareness for our fashion brand
Creating and scheduling creative posts and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies as needed for b2b business
Collaborate with the business development team
Reach out to clients personally via calls and emails
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
Work with senior managers to analyse and executive marketing efforts
Generate business leads using LinkedIn and other social media channels.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2-3 years in B2B online marketing and lead generation
Experience working in the fashion industry would be a plus
Experience with any CRM software is beneficial
Skilled in Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Generation
The candidate should be personable and comfortable reaching out to clients personally
