Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong event management skills, marketing expertise, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to manage large-scale promotional activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activities.
• Coordinate showroom events, product launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer footfall.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and event timelines.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, media partners, and event vendors.
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event analysis reports.
• Ensure proper branding and promotional material placement during events.
• Handle social media and digital marketing coordination for events.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to achieve business goals.
• Manage outdoor promotions, roadshows, flex printing, and local marketing activities.Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Creativity in marketing and promotional activities.
• Vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies.
• Budget management and reporting skills.
Educational Qualification
• MBA in Marketing / Any Relevant Degree
• Event Management certifications will be an added advantage.
