Full job description
As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral part in growing Penumbra's products in Australia and New Zealand by providing administrative support to the marketing department in Australia.

What You’ll Work On
Assist in ordering, distribution and organization of demo materials which includes products, simulation models and accessories across all product lines
Assist marketing team with production and upkeep of marketing literature
Assist in planning and arranging meetings and events
Manage distribution of E-marketing literature and sales tools to the entire sales team
Assist with daily marketing operations
Collate and maintain monthly competitive trackers
Assist with healthcare compliance submission
Maintain company ANZ price list
Assist ANZ executive TE coverage

What You Contribute
A High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required
High level of competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions
General office environment. Willingness and ability to work on site and remote from home office. Some travel may be required up to 5 – 15%. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. Must be able to move between buildings and floors. Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day. Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets. Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed.
