They must adhere to Invoice/Replacement SLA's, efficiently image stock appliances and apply proper labeling
The technician will also be required to efficiently manage monthly server order requirements
As well as read, interpret, and follow basic specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to accurately assemble devices
Occasionally, they may be asked to work overtime or assist in other departments within the facility

The L1 Production Technician is a production-focused role, operating out of the Supply Chain Operations department in Monroe, CT. Individuals in this role are mainly responsible for the testing and configuration of Datto hardware and software. On occasion, the individual will assemble and/or refurbish older Datto computer hardware in small volumes.

After successful training, the L1 Production Tech will be required to hit a daily quota in the allotted time, while producing devices held to a high level of quality standards.
