Shift Patterns 4x12 Rotating Day Shift

Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly on the line – from mixing our iconic recipes to making sure bottles are packed perfectly. You'll be:
Some experience in a manufacturing environment working with similar machinery would be an advantage but full training will be provided
Competent fork hoist operator would be an advantage
Enjoy fast-paced working environments
Strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willing to learn and grow within the company
And most importantly have a great attitude aligned to CCEP’s values - stand together, take the lead and keep it real.
Shifts run on a set patternbut flexibility is important – especially when it gets busy.
Day Shift Hours:
4x12 Roster- 48 hours
6:00am – 6:00pm (12-hour shifts, rotating pattern)
About You
We’re after people who are:
Reliable, punctual, and up for learning
Hands on and ready to get stuck in
Good with numbers and detail
Strong team players and communicators
Ideally have experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production (bonus if you’ve worked with machinery or batching systems before)
Safety-conscious and understand food quality and hygiene standards
Any leadership experience? Even better – we’d love to hear about it
